I had about 8 PT classes focusing ultrasound and massage of facet of hips joint for triggers and toward the middle along the medius. However no lasting relief. These perform so properly! I get charlie horses in my hips all the time if I transfer or sit funny. The final stretch definitely allows to improve my flexibility and stop charlie horses. Many thanks!
@ Helen, many thanks! Yep, tight hip flexors can inhibit abductors, obviously. If You will need to generate a lot, far better to stop at common intervals for 5 mins, stretch your hip flexors and activate your butt. Accomplishing it within a sitting down place just isn't going to be really effective. Hope that assists/
